Without limiting the other terms and conditions our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines for posting and/or viewing content on or through the Services:

• You are solely responsible for the content that you post on or through the Services, any material or information that you transmit to other users and for any interactions with other users.
• Any comment made using your credentials or display name will be deemed to have been posted by you.
• You shall not post abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, offensive or sexually explicit material.
• You should be skeptical about information provided by others, and you acknowledge that the use of any content posted on the site is at your own risk to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
• You agree that you will not use the Services to send or post content of any kind or nature that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, racially offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable material or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law or regulation.
• You agree not to use the Services to distribute or send any illegal Content of any kind. Posting illegal Content or participating in any form of discussion with the intention to commit any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• You shall not make false or misleading statements.
• You shall not offer to sell or buy any product or service, or post links to third party Sites, without prior written permission or prior approval from URBIQQ, LLC.
• You shall not post material that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, of any third party.
• You shall not post information that is confidential or sensitive.
• You acknowledge that URBIQQ, LLC does not endorse or guarantee any user blogs, video, or other User Submissions and you may not state or imply any such endorsement or guarantee.

The following is a partial list of the kind of Member content that is illegal and/or prohibited to post on or through the Site. URBIQQ, LLP reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in the sole discretion of URBIQQ, LLP, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and terminating the access of such violators. Prohibited Member content includes, but is not limited to Member content that, in the sole discretion of URBIQQ, LLP:

• is patently offensive and/or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• criticizes any business or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person or entity;
• exploits any person in a sexual or violent manner;
• contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult Site;
• solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 13;
• promotes information that the member knows is false or misleading and/or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s or entity’s copyrighted work;
• involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from users of the Site;
• involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; or
• includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person’s consent;
• criminal activity, including, but not limited to, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
• any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages;
• interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Site or Services connected to the Site;
• attempting to impersonate another user of the Site, another member, or any other person;
• using the account, username, or password of another member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
• selling or otherwise transferring your profile, without permission from URBIQQ, LLP;
• using any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity; or
• displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person or entity in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the Site on behalf of that person or entity, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, or sending private messages with a commercial purpose, without permission from URBIQQ, LLP or being approved as a URBIQQ Seller.

URBIQQ, LLC has no obligation and assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Services or submissions for inappropriate content or conduct of its Members. However, URBIQQ, LLC reserves the right to monitor, block or remove content for any or no reason without notice to you.

If you are aware of inappropriate content or offensive conduct we encourage you to report any such violations via email to support@urbiqq.com immediately or use the inappropriate flag on the Site.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Site and Services without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of our Terms of Service and/or violates the provisions of this document. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Services and any Content will immediately cease.

Additionally, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Services we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have provided to us, including any account or login information.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, the account shall terminate

Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any content from URBIQQ.com, we may retain your submissions for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, URBIQQ.com and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your submissions that other users have stored or shared through URBIQQ.com.
